Privacy and data handling.
This note explains how in4r handles information submitted through the website pilot and contact form.
What the form collects
The pilot/contact form asks for your name, work email, role, inquiry type, and a short description of the workflow or question you want to discuss.
How the information is used
in4r uses this information to respond to your inquiry, scope possible pilot or consulting work, and keep a record of requested follow-up. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Where submissions go
Submissions are sent to a private in4r inbox via Resend. The form endpoint is also designed to store submissions in a private Supabase database when the project is configured.
Confidentiality boundary
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, patient, or sensitive internal data through the public website form. Workflow descriptions shared for scoping are treated confidentially.
Deletion and correction requests
If you want a submission corrected or deleted, contact in4r through the form and write "data request" in the message. Requests will be handled manually.
in4r builds decision-support and workflow systems. Scientific judgment, approvals, and regulated use remain with the client team.
